Rights and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing images and/or videos to be included in the final product. No copyrighted, licensed music can be used. Clients must have the right to use images, videos, and songs submitted to AMP Productions and agree to reproduction of such. We reserve the right to use products for promotional purposes.

 

AMP Productions is not responsible for damage or defect to products after clients have taken possession. If using products for a presentation, we recommend clients test quality and play-ability prior to presentation. We do not the permit the use of nude, pornographic, harassing, and graphic violent materials. Files are archived for a period of 30 days after clients receive product(s). Additional video products, including digitizing options, must be made within that time period to be considered an additional service, instead of a new service request. The company has the right to refuse or discontinue services for any client.

 

The proof of the finished video product will be uploaded on our YouTube Channel as an unlisted video, and its link will be shared with the client for approval. This is the client’s opportunity to request revisions. Any modifications requested after approval is given will incur an additional charge. 

 

Payment

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total is due with the application submission, unless otherwise specified. Work will not begin until a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before final products (DVD’s, USB drives, etc.) are distributed. Cash, cashier checks, and money orders are accepted forms of payment. PayPal and Cash app may also be used.

 

Cancellation

Clients have the rights to discontinue their requested service from AMP Productions within 24 hours of submitting an application for a refund of 100% of their deposit, if services have not yet been rendered. Cancellations made later than 24 hours after application submission will result in a loss of the deposit. Our Cancellation Policy does not apply to Rush Orders requested within 24 hours of order placement.
